Frequently asked questions
How many users can I invite?
Unlimited. There are no limits on the number of users. Your entire team can use the AI workspace. Costs are only affected by AI usage (messages), not by the number of people.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits are used to call AI models. One message costs on average €0.005–€0.02 depending on the model and length. €50 in credits is enough for roughly 5,000+ messages per month. You can top up if you need more.
Where is my server located?
You choose: EU (Germany or Netherlands), US, or Asia. Default is EU. Your server is a dedicated VPS, not shared, no data on anyone else's hardware.
How quickly is it available?
Within minutes of signing up. Your VPS is automatically provisioned, all services are configured, and your subdomain goes live. You'll receive login credentials by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel monthly, no long-term contracts. After cancellation you can export your data. We're happy to help with that.
Can I use my own domain?
By default you get a subdomain under boostgood.eco (e.g. chatbot.yourcompany.boostgood.eco). On request we can configure a custom domain. Get in touch for details.
